At Valora, each candle is carefully handcrafted and prepared with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at valorascent_@outlook.com
To assist with your request, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Customised Orders
Due to the personalised nature of customised products, all customised candle orders are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges once production has commenced.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your financial institution.
