By accessing and using the Valora website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

Each Valora candle is hand-poured in small batches. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in colour, finish, and appearance may occur.

Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Valora reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Customised Orders

Custom candle orders require a 50% deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance payable upon completion.

Once production has commenced, customised orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery and processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on production demand and courier delays.

Valora is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

All content on this website, including branding, photography, text, and designs, remains the property of Valora and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
